Byron Gordon, SEO-PR, interviews Stacey Jarvis, Search Lead, Consumer & Online, Microsoft Canada about the state of search today. Stacey first gives a brief overview of search, starting from the days of text-base content to today’s explosion of multimedia, including video, music, audio, deep links, etc…But search user satisfaction hasn’t evolved in the way marketers expected.
